A couple weekends ago Melanie and I decided to stay at The Crane Residential Resort to have a bit of a 'time out' and see what the resort was all about. We both have been there prior, however not since all of its additions and extensions. It is simply amazing that such a beautiful, luxurious and 'complete' resort has such charm and history attached to it. Not one of those cookie cutter models, evidence suggests that the Crane Residential Resort is in fact the oldest operating hotel in the Caribbean Region, and its beach, well is 'to die for' of course.
A little while ago we introduced you to a little hidden gem known as Santosha. Today we are going to continue that journey and tell you all about the rooms and what we encounted while staying at this set of mini villas. As we entered the room, we were greeted by spectacular and never-ending views of the East coast, which ran for miles and miles. It is a complete and utter breath of fresh air as you walk out onto the spacious wooden gallery and take in all that Santosha has to offer.
A few weeks ago Kimberly and I had the pleasure of staying at the rustic and delightful Santosha. Now, many of you may not have heard of Santosha up until now as it is a relatively new set of apartments located on Barbados’ rugged East coast. As we drove along the coast road passing Barclays Park, we excitedly anticipated our stay at this place where quiet luxury awaits.
Last week Melanie and myself were invited to spend a night at Beach View Hotel. Some hotels around the island are a little weary of this Loop Barbados Duo reviewing their properties as we can be, well, honest. However, Beach View Hotel seemed confident in the product they offer and swiftly whisked up the opportunity for a review; and trust us there was good reason for their buoyancy.
As you head down the winding roads towards the East Coast of the island you embark upon a unique place nestled within the greenery and nature of Barbados.
